Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Payment Terms

Service Availability

Client Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to MaxSmartTraffic for use in your marketing campaigns or websites, including logos, images, videos, and text. By submitting content, you grant MaxSmartTraffic the right to use, modify, and display it in connection with the services provided.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of providing services. MaxSmartTraffic will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, MaxSmartTraffic will transfer ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website design, content, marketing materials) to the client. This does not include any proprietary software, templates, or intellectual property owned by MaxSmartTraffic before or during the project.

Limitation of Liability

MaxSmartTraffic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will MaxSmartTraffic be held liable for any damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific services provided.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.

If you decide to cancel any services, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days before the next payment or service renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise agreed upon in the service agreement or contract. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns you may have regarding our services. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the final product, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MaxSmartTraffic and its employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, including any third-party claims related to your content, intellectual property, or violation of applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States.
